Give your audience an insight into what it is like to work with you or purchase your product.
This is Part Six of a 6 part series I’ve put together to help you grow your Personal Brand. Each part involves an easy task or story to share with your audience and build authentic connections.
Today I want to focus on the client experience. What can your audience expect from you if they choose to buy your product or service?
You can touch on this topic a number of ways (and post about it many times). You might share testimonials or tell the strories of your ideal clients and their experience.
What steps does someone need to take to buy from you?
What steps are involved working with you?
As a personal brand photographer my process has a number of steps:
- I chat with my potential clients over phone or via video chat before locking in the booking. We want to be on the same page and see if we’re a good fit.
- We then schedule a video chat to plan out their session – we chat themes, stories, wardrobe, props and more.
- Then there’s the shoot it self
- Image selection
- Image delivery.
So give your audience an idea of what is involved! Break it down into easy steps and good luck!
