Chris and Rein actually got married last year in a very small ceremony in Adelaide with close family, it was planned in a rush as Rein’s grandmother was unwell and they wanted her to see them married before she passed. Chris and Rein wanted to share their celebration with all of their friends and family who weren’t able to attend the first ceremony and so held their re-vows at beautiful Gunnamatta Bay in Cronulla last weekend.
As soon as I met Chris and Rein I knew their wedding would be unique and beautiful. Chris and Rein are a really lovely laid back couple who bought their creativity into their beautiful wedding. Between Chris, Rein and their families and friends all the little DIY details were lovely with beautiful head pieces for the ladies, Lego toppers on the cake and the groom made a gorgeous pinwheel bouquet for his bride.
We started with bridal preparations at Bundeena and then headed to Cronulla by ferry. A Chinese Tea Ceremony was incorporated into their ceremony which was beautiful. With sprinkles of rain most of the day we did have to move in doors mid-ceremony. Though missed the downpours of early morning and evening which was fantastic.
Congratulations Chris and Rein, I really enjoyed being part of your special day and capturing these precious moments.
