Over the weekend I got to do a very fun trash the dress / wear it again shoot with a good friend of mine, Anna. I’ve known Anna since we were little and we had so much fun with this shoot (though she got a little cold, and a little bit wet… sacrifices sometimes have to be made for art).

Generally your wedding dress is worn once and then goes into a wardrobe, or a trunk, and is locked away. A Wear it again or Trash the dress shoot is a fantastic opportunity to wear your special dress again and maybe take a few risks you couldn’t take on your wedding way – take a stroll through a field, jump in puddles, play with paint, or get into a lake or the ocean like Anna did.

Anna had a beach wedding but didn’t get any of her photos taken ON the beach, so this was a great opportunity to embrace the lovely ocean…really really embrace it 😉
